Mayor’s Holiday Party For Seniors

One of the most anticipated holiday events for the elderly in the East Orange, NJ area is the Mayor’s Holiday Party for Seniors on December 5th from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. This event will be at Libretti’s Restaurant, which is located on Nassau Street in the Orange, NJ area. This restaurant has both delectable Italian food and a Karaoke bar. Seniors will be able to enjoy great food and sing the night away at this fantastic event.

City of East Orange Tree Lighting Ceremony

The kickoff to the holiday season in the East Orange, NJ is the annual tree lighting at the City Hall Plaza. This year, the lighting will be held on December 9th at 6 p.m. During this event, volunteers will be handing out the tickets for the Toy Giveaway Program that distributes presents to the less fortunate on December 23rd.

Cicely Tyson School Choir Performance

Do you love holiday music? Then you will not want to miss the performance by the Cicely Tyson School Choir Performance on December 11th at the City Hall Rotunda. This event will start at 10 a.m. and is sure to get you in the holiday spirit.

East Orange General Hospital Holiday Reception

Each year, the East Orange General Hospital hosts one of the most gorgeous and classy events of the holiday season. The Holiday Reception gives residents a chance to go to a real life ball. The city of East Orange, NJ prides itself on being an all-inclusive community that respects diversity.
